アプリ名 / App: NekoDerby（ねこダービー） 運営者 / Provider: 晴れの日工房（Harenohikobo） 施行日 / Effective date: 2026年9月1日（September 1, 2026）

1. 適用

本規約は、晴れの日工房（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「NekoDerby（ねこダービー）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. ライセンス

当方は利用者に対し、本アプリを私的に利用するための、非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能な限定的ライセンスを付与します。

3. 禁止事項

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。 - 本アプリの改変、リバースエンジニアリング、不正な複製・再配布 - 不正な手段によるゲーム進行・課金・報酬の取得（チート、改ざん等） - 法令・公序良俗に反する行為、他者や当方の権利を侵害する行為 - 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為

4. アプリ内課金・仮想アイテム

本アプリには有料のアプリ内課金が含まれる場合があります。購入処理は App Store / Google Play が行います。
ゲーム内通貨・アイテム等の仮想アイテムは、現実の金銭的価値を持たず、換金・払い戻し・第三者への譲渡はできません。
返金は各ストアの規定に従います。
「順位予想」等の機能は、換金不可のゲーム内通貨のみを用いる娯楽機能であり、現実の金銭を賭ける賭博ではありません。

5. サービスの変更・終了

当方は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容の変更、提供の一時停止または終了を行うことがあります。これにより利用者に生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。

6. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが無停止・無誤作動であることを保証しません。法令で認められる範囲において、当方は本アプリの利用に関して生じた損害について責任を負いません。

7. セーブデータ

セーブデータは主に端末内に保存されます。端末の故障・紛失、アプリの削除、データのリセット等によりデータが失われる場合があります。当方はデータの消失について責任を負いません。

8. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本国の法令に準拠し、これに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the mobile app "NekoDerby" ("the App") provided by 晴れの日工房 ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal use.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: - Modify, reverse-engineer, or unlawfully copy or redistribute the App - Obtain game progress, purchases, or rewards by improper means (cheating, tampering, etc.) - Act unlawfully or infringe the rights of others or us - Interfere with the operation of the App

4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The App may include paid in-app purchases, processed by the App Store / Google Play.
Virtual items such as in-game currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, refunded (except per store rules), or transferred to third parties.
Refunds follow each store's policies.
Features such as "rank prediction" use only non-cashable in-game currency for entertainment and do not constitute real-money gambling.

5. Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice. We are not liable for damages arising from such actions.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

7. Save Data

Save data is stored primarily on your device and may be lost due to device failure, loss, uninstalling, data reset, etc. We are not responsible for data loss.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
