1. はじめに

晴れの日工房（以下「当方」）は、モバイルアプリ「NekoDerby（ねこダービー）」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本アプリを利用することで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者を直接特定する情報（氏名・住所・メールアドレス等）を当方が独自に収集することはありません。ただし、本アプリが利用する以下の第三者サービスを通じて、一定の情報が収集・処理されることがあります。

広告（Google AdMob）：広告の配信・測定のため、広告識別子（IDFA / Android 広告 ID）、デバイス情報、おおよその位置（IPアドレスに基づく）、広告の表示・操作に関する情報が処理されます。
分析（Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics）：機能改善のため、アプリの利用状況（画面遷移・操作イベント等）、デバイス情報、アプリインスタンスIDなどが収集されます。
クラッシュ計測（Firebase Crashlytics）：不具合の特定・修正のため、クラッシュログ、デバイス状態、発生時の技術情報が収集されます。
アプリ内課金（App Store / Google Play）：購入処理は各ストアが行い、当方はクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を保持しません。
セーブデータ：育成状況などのゲームデータは主に端末内に保存されます。クラウド保存を利用する場合、利用者ご自身のプラットフォームアカウント（iCloud / Google Play ゲーム）を通じて保存されます。

利用者が入力する猫の名前等は、端末内のセーブデータとして扱われます。

3. 利用目的

収集された情報は、(1) 広告の配信・測定、(2) 本アプリの機能改善・不具合修正、(3) 課金機能の提供、(4) 利用者サポートのために利用されます。

4. 第三者への提供・委託

上記の各機能は、以下の第三者サービスを通じて提供されます。各社の取り扱いは各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

5. 広告について（パーソナライズ広告と同意）

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。地域の法令（EUのGDPR等）に応じて、初回起動時などに広告に関する同意を求める場合があります。パーソナライズ広告は、端末の設定（iOS：トラッキング許可 / Android：広告のリセット・オプトアウト）から制御できます。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは主に一般利用者を対象としており、13歳未満の子どもを主たる対象とはしていません。13歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. 情報の保管と削除

端末内のセーブデータは、アプリの削除、または設定画面の「データをリセット」により削除できます。第三者サービスが保持する情報の削除・アクセスについては、各社のポリシーおよび窓口をご確認ください。

8. 利用者の権利

お住まいの地域の法令（GDPR、CCPA、日本の個人情報保護法等）に基づき、情報へのアクセス・訂正・削除・処理の制限等を求める権利がある場合があります。ご希望の場合は下記までご連絡ください。

1. Introduction

晴れの日工房 ("we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy for the mobile app "NekoDerby" ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not independently collect information that directly identifies you (such as name, address, or email). However, certain information may be collected and processed through the following third-party services used by the App:

Ads (Google AdMob): advertising identifiers (IDFA / Android Advertising ID), device information, approximate location (based on IP), and ad interaction data, for ad delivery and measurement.
Analytics (Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics): app usage events (screen views, interactions), device information, and app instance ID, to improve the App.
Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): crash logs, device state, and technical information at the time of a crash, to identify and fix issues.
In-app purchases (App Store / Google Play): purchases are processed by the stores; we do not retain payment card details.
Save data: game data is stored primarily on your device. If cloud save is used, it is stored via your own platform account (iCloud / Google Play Games).

Names you enter for your cats are stored as local save data.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to (1) deliver and measure ads, (2) improve the App and fix issues, (3) provide purchase functionality, and (4) provide user support.

The App is intended for a general audience and is not primarily directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

On-device save data can be deleted by uninstalling the App or using "Reset Data" in the settings screen. For information held by third-party services, please refer to their policies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, Japan's APPI, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information. Contact us using the details below.
